Random Rule Changes without Lease Change
Lived here since 2022. Nice place. I was the first to live in my unit, and even at move in the apartment had paint issues and damage to walls, etc. It was clearly not cared for well as the final steps of finishing the apartment occurred. For no real reason given, and a dumb one behind-the-scenes probably, the property said "No patio furniture on your patio," because that makes sense. When I moved here, they allowed grills on patios, furniture, etc. All they said was they'd rather not have bikes out on patios. Now, without an updated lease or agreement or anything, they have attempted to change this to keeping all patios empty. What's the point of a patio then? It is a silly rule. It is a good place to be if you are looking for a cheaper-ish place to live for a while.
Apartment Review
Great place to live. Even though management has changed there isn’t really a difference.
Bricktowne review
Things have been better since new management took over. Property manager actually answers tenants back and takes care of complaints and follows up with tenants.
Noise
I have no complaints minus the noise of my neighbors in 306. I’ve lived her for three years and have not experienced this level of noise before. It’s like they do not realize they have neighbors. They are always fighting and it is boarder line abusive - which causes the baby to scream. When they slam doors my entire apartment shakes. I can say by far they are very disrespectful.
